This pharmacy is the Purolator Drop Off smarthub too. I have dropped off my amazon package there for return. At the time, when I asked for the reciept they did not give me any reciept and said “no reciept”. After 10 days my package return status is still “not dropped off”. I went to follow up with the pharmacy smarthub.The staff straightly said that we do not give the reciept for packages, we are not responsible for Purolator packages although they are “Purolator drop-off hub” and they do not have any track of the packages that they get. He was extremely uncooperative. Any solutions that I’d come up with, he would turn down by saying that it isn’t possible, they can not do that and they are not responsible. At the end, I asked them to check the security camera footage and see that I have dropped off my package here. I provide him with the exact date and time that I was there and he said that he should ask it from their head office (that I am not sure they will do it at al) and it will take 2 weeks. Very smart because till then my return and refund time window will be closed and I can’t follow up my return! So logical! This is how easily your package get lost, stealed or vanished by the irresponsible smart hub staffs.
The staff is very polite, caring and committed to patients. My 92 years old mom and I had our CoVid vaccines and boosters here. The pharmacist Wassim Malek is very kind and considerate. He was able to administer it to my mom where she was seated comfortably. I also had to call and ask the pharmacy to resend the email message for her booster. He did it very patiently and sent it right away. Even during phone conversations one can feel the patience and care in his voice. Thanks to the staff and the pharmacist for being so professional and caring.

The staff here is very knowledgeable and friendly. They are always ready to help me with my questions and make the best recommendations. In addition to that, the dispensing fee is lower than many other places which matters a lot more with the insurance companies changing their coverages or if you have no coverage and need to pay out of pocket. I'll definitely be gping back there.
My new go to pharmacy. I use to go to the shoppers near by but the service here is far better. They take care of their customers in an effective and timely manner. I highly reccomend it!
