The beauty advisors at this location are very helpful ! I had a sensitivity to an eye makeup remover I purchased . I went back to share my experience and the advisor explained the reason and then did an exchange. I did purchase other items as I was pleased to be accommodated !
The female persian pharmacist with glasses was exteremly rude and unproffesional. I came in to get Macrobid (medication), and i was waiting at the consultation desk for 20 min without saying a word because i didnt want to rush her, and didnt mind to wait. The pharamcist comes and says "whats your question", i say i need to get this medication and she says "ya well were very busy", I say "okay thats fine but I do need the meds because im having bad symptoms" and she angrily says "ya well were busy so you can come back later". Then i say i cant because i need to put the request for the meds right now as my symptoms were bad (again I didnt mind to wait in the store idk why she told me to leave). Then she proceeds to LIE to get rid of me and says "even if i give you the medication it takes 2-3 days for you to feel it", a flat out lie. I tell her "not true ive had this medication multiple times before and it takes couple hours to provide relief (even a google search can tell you that). She just scoffs, and realizes I caught her in a lie and angirly tells me she cant help me and to go sit and wait and MAYBE she'll help in 30 minutes. I dont know why she was so rude and mad, at no point was I rushing her. It was so embarassing as their were a couple people nearby all staring at us, so I just left to go to another pharmacy.
The young male Indian cashier working today around 10 p.m. was very polite and patient while assisting me with multiple gift card payments. I truly appreciate his help. He was also extremely kind—I saw him help a senior in a wheelchair load a case of water. I had a great shopping experience at Shoppers at Oxford Plaza. The store was well organized, and it was easy to find a staff member for assistance. Nice!
Worse pharmacy in my Canadian life.Waiting time unacceptable longe with no customers at all. Wit my prescription 1 hour 10 min. English and attitude is zero.Customer’s care - zero. Did not use it last two years. Never will use it again
Linda and Jean were so sweet and SO helpful! I don’t live in Richmond Hill, but was passing through, they were so helpful and I was able to find exactly what I needed. Would definitely be going back if I ever need to in the future due to their excellent customer service.
Mrs. Roya at Oxford's Shoppers Drug Mart is truly exceptional. Her respectful attitude and highly professional behavior make every customer leave with a pleasant feeling. Her attention to detail, patience, and kindness make the whole experience much more enjoyable. I’m really grateful for her excellent service and wonderful manners.
Richmond Hill Oxford Street Customer service employee Linda really was amazing, helping me with my shopping load, especially as it was seniors day featuring various sale items. She was very patient and understanding. It's a busy store but she really looked after me, and others as well. 5 out of 5 stars for her. The pharmacy there has really (thankfully) improved their customer service attitudes lately. Still could do a bit better on that, but I'll take it anyway. I'll give them a 3 out of 5 stars, up from a 1.
