I had a great experience in this clinic. The staff, Tara and May, are very caring, especially Tara; every time I called, she answered my call very caringly and patiently. I definitely recommend that if you call, ask only for either Tara or May to get your job done!!!

Horrible customer service! Even one star is too much. The reception and management are always busy laughing at patients and making fun of them. I will take my parents to see another endo doctor
Everything is great about this clinic. Dr. Kakavand is a great doctor; he has time to listen to the patient and treat the right way. Also, an excellent and knowledgeable team of pharmacists that care and take time to explain all you need to know about your health and medicine. The reception desk staff are so kind and always have polite behavior with you. If I could rate them ten stars, I would.
