My family goes here to get our tires done, their prices are very reasonable and you always have a great customer experience. They even pay attention to other details and informed us of a few issues with the car wheras the dealership failed to do so. They then offered to repair that at a fair cost as well. As a client of Hello Tire for 11 years. It is rare to know finer persons whom I trust my safety, and my vehicles safety. The confidence in knowing that the advice, knowledge and skill that the vehicles service that is always performed with outmost precision. Is the true essence of professionalism. Even after a purchasing a new car. . I always replaced the mediocre stock tires that came with the car to premium brand. And winters, is a given. All in all 3 sets. Including my wives vehicle. Further, there were several occasions, when the warranty was still in effect, and issues arose. More along the complex end of the spectrum. And dealers fix was less than adequate. Yes it was good enough. But would you trust your safety and in turn other drivers that you share the road with based on that knowledge. In my book, absolutely not. Hello Tire does it right. They’re philosophy is that it cannot be good enough . It must be better than good enough. While needing to save a couple of dollars is an individual decision, and it makes sense. In my view, why risk the consequences of a car crash due to a preventable mechanical failure. Yes, there are no guarantees. Hello Tire’s team doing what’s in the best interest of having my vehicle mechanical function perform at its best, is all I need to know to have that peace of mind. I had a flat tire and called them, they fixed it right away! The service was excellent, the staff were very knowledgeable, and their prices were reasonable. They really went above and beyond.

A few shops, including Ford dealership and Mr. Lube, told me that my tire had to be replaced because a screw went into the sidewall. But when I went to Hello Tire, they repaired it professionally with great expertise at a very fair price. Their customer service was also very respectful and honest. I’m really satisfied with their work and highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional tire repair with reasonable pricing.
Hello Tire knowingly rented out a truck that is in poor condition, namely the inaccurate gas meters. They gave the truck to us at 1/4 tank, which dropped the second we left the lot. It had to get filled up twice, once driving the needle would move slightly lower and then drop suddenly. The second time we had to refill the tank, we did it at a gas station nearby the dealership, by the time we dropped it off, it was under 1/4 tank. I was charged $47 for them to refill it less than 1/16 of a tank and also a $30 fee. If they really wanted it to be accurately refilled, they should give it to customers at a full tank. The truck itself was dirty and the automatic transmission could not tell which gear to put it in, it was constantly driving at 4000+ rpms. Amir who works at the location was incredibly shady and rude when I brought this up.
