Honest, friendly and of course knowledgeable about cars. I took my 2007 s40 Volvo there and they did a good job efficiently without wasting my time and money. For me the important thing was that I could see what they were doing to my car, no “you can’t come inside the shop thing “ I highly recommend them.

Bought a Groupon for this shop, called and was able to make a same day appointment. The service was quick and he even tightened a bolt that was causing my door to make noise when it opened and shut. I didn't have to point this out or ask he just did it which was nice. I drive a Ford Escape, only had to pay an extra $5 for additional oil used. I was surprised as I usually have to pay $20+ extra when I buy groupons at pro oil change. All in all I would definitely return
Great experience. Kind gentleman, very helpful. Very fair prices, and great overall service. I definitely recommend his shop compared to others where I have been, Screw Mr, Lube, they are a rip off, this guy is fair and does a good job.
Got the recent groupon, changed the oil the same day. No waiting at all, book an appointment same day and was taken in right when I came. Good service! The owner also attanded some other issue in the car and took his time to find a possible problem. Knowledgeble and reliable. Would come back.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I got a Groupon for an oil change. When I got there, he drained my oil and then told me that my car NEEDS synthetic oil which would cost an extra $40. He showed me the cap that says '0w-20' and said this indicates that I need synthetic. I drive a 2011 Mazda 3 and in the past 2.5yrs, no mechanic has ever told me that I needed synthetic oil. So I said no, just the regular oil is fine but he REFUSED to do it for me. He said the regular oil would kill my engine and he wouldn't take on the liability. I assured him that it's fine and the liability is on myself; I just wanted him to use the regular oil so I could leave. He wouldn't do it AND he had already drained my oil so I was stuck at the shop. I spent an hour contacting mechanics and Mazda to try and get a verbal confirmation from them so the owner could hear that it was fine. There was a lot of yelling and swearing from him. An hour and a half later, he said if we don't do it within the next 5mins, he'd just push my car out to the street and leave. In the end, he made me sign some paper that says I agree to change the oil with the regular oil instead of synthetic before he'd do it for me. I don't know what he used on my car and will be going to another shop to redo my oil change.
