Brought my 440i in and Jimmy was super helpful in determining the right procedures and timeline for service . Will definitely return. People are very helpful and fairly transparent. I’ve never had a bad experience here!! 10/10 will definitely return ❤️
Recently I had my vehicle serviced at Richmond Hill Service and couldn’t leave without a better experience. From Joanne to Victor, the shop foreman to Jay,everyone has been great and helpful. I kind of understand why people are so annoyed with service departments. I called to see if a service advisor or someone in service can reset a mini cooper service light, and they told me no technician or personel would be free to do this and book an appointment for next week. Maybe poor training.. No customer service what so ever.
Our experience with this service and communication with the staff involved was very disappointing…….waited two hours to have a tire repaired abd than the service teams comes out to let us know the tire was discontinued and we needed to buy 4 new tires…. No explanation very poor customer service and we both drive bmw for the last 30 years The communication was not acceptable and extremely disappointing
Customer service from Janet was terrible. Very rude, dismissive & unpleasant to speak with. Was supposed to get a call back from her, never did. My husband called a couple days later and also had the same experience over the phone with her. Unfortunate
