Went to Richmond Hill Auto for an alignment and Mario absolutely delivered. Super chill vibes, easy going, and really knows his stuff. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Hard to find service this good and this genuine—Mario’s a sick guy and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I called them to make an appointment and was replied that they text me a time for tomorrow, Sunday, but never texted. I texted their number with reminder and never replied. I came on Sunday morning around 8:45 and, dispute the fact they have advertised everywhere that they open every day 8am to 11pm, the shop was closed. Tried to call them, was rejected and got a message that "I'm on a mobile call in toronto IL be back around 11". It's 12:10 now and he didn't text me yet... Stop advertising faulty information on your work hours. I'm not sure what level of mechanical services they provide, but the customer service is completely worthless, not even worth 1 star. Addition They didn't have time to answer a phone call or to reply to my text messages, but wrote a reply on Google Maps within half an hour. Looks like they are much better on Google than in actually servicing their clients.
