This place is rough for walk ins. I showed up before it opened at 9 and was the first one there, but the earliest appointment they offered was at noon. When I returned at noon, I still waited over an hour before seeing a doctor. The staff was polite, but the schedule is so out of sync that this clinic only works if you have lots of time and are not dealing with significant pain.
Dr. Alireza Abedi is a highly professional, very attentive, has a very nice personality. He helped a lot in determining and solving my health issues, Thank you, Dr, Abedi! You are the best!!
I appreciate the quality of care, but I often end up waiting a long time even for appointments that were booked months in advance. I would be grateful if the receptionists could schedule the appointments in a way that reduces long wait times for patients who have already been waiting for months. Thank you.
I had a wonderful experience at Viva Health Centre. The clinic is clean, organized, and very welcoming. The staff were kind, patient, and extremely helpful from the moment I arrived. The doctor took the time to listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable. It’s definitely one of the best walk-in clinics I’ve been to in Toronto. Highly recommended! I especially want to mention Dr. Zahra Changizi, she is truly one of the best doctors I’ve ever met. Her diagnosis is incredibly accurate, her work is exceptionally professional, and she always takes the time to listen with patience and care. I felt completely confident and supported throughout my visit thanks to her.

I don’t know I can call parham Masoudi as an doctor or not.honestly I didn’t expect this treatment from a person who called doctor.he is very impolite and disrespectful.He made my wife to cry and when I talked to him he threatened me to do not make a complain.
