Among the staff at the clinic, the only person who treats patients with kindness and professionalism is the supervisor, an Indian woman. She is honest, helpful, and shows genuine empathy. In contrast, my experience with the Iranian woman with curly hair was extremely negative. Her behavior was disrespectful, dismissive, and unprofessional. I found her attitude deeply troubling and inconsistent with the standards expected in a healthcare setting.
Richmond Medical Mall is a well organized medical center with knowledgeable and professional doctors. The physicians take their time with patients, listen carefully, and explain things clearly. The overall environment is calm and efficient, making medical visits much less stressful. Highly recommended.
We’ve been to this clinic twice so far for my daughter. It’s very clean, and we got our appointment quickly. The receptionists are very nice. The first time we saw Dr. Dabaghjamanesh, and the second time Dr. Bagheri. They are both excellent, experienced doctors and very kind, which made my daughter feel comfortable and not scared at all.

I had an emergency on Sunday and I was there at 10am. The receptionist Elnaz was so nice and helpful and then I saw Dr Dabagh. He listened to me and helped me with the problem in a nice calming way. Thanks to them I didn't have to go to the hospital. Such a great experience!
really appreciate the walk in doctor. I had fever for 6 days and no doctor can find the reason. Last Friday night, I went to Richmond hill medical mall. doctor didn’t figure out any problems either. But the doctor did suggest me to check emergency rather than waiting. I followed his suggestions and find I am a very rare case that even appendicitis swollen without serious pain. Good job?
A very not reliable “walk-in clinic” for children, the receptionist said “we’re not checking children, specially this time” then turn her head down”… bad customer service.
