Complete waste of time! Had to book York mobility to get here in my wheelchair and when we got here to be able to get my ears unblocked, we were told that the doctor on staff does not do that so it was a completely wasted trip!!
Dr. Bahar is an exceptional family doctor. Her professionalism, empathy, and thorough approach make her stand out as one of the best doctors I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing. I’m grateful for the care and attention she provides at every visit.
I had an unhappy experience recently when I took my flu shot at Atlas Pharmacy. I posted a 1-star review on Google. The pharmacy tried to contact me by phone, but I was reluctant to call back. Yesterday, I went to Atlas Pharmacy to pick up my medication. Sonam, the pharmacist/manager apologized to me face to face. I can feel her sincerity so I accepted the apology. The issue is now resolved. I must admit that it was an isolated incident. Sonam has won my support and praise for the way she handled the incident professionally. I strongly recommend Atlas Pharmacy to be your health partner. Thank you Sonam.
This place is very clean, and the staff do their best to help patients see the physicians as quickly as possible. They don’t waste time, and I really appreciate that. Dr. Bayat was professional and calm; she gave me the time to talk and listened carefully to everything I said. This was such a relief after some bad experiences at other clinics, where doctors seemed rushed and made me feel stressed. I also noticed how well-organized this clinic is, everything is in its place, unlike some messy and chaotic clinics I’ve been to before. The pharmacy team is quiet, professional, and helpful, providing clear guidance with prescriptions. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I highly recommend this clinic. I hope they continue their great work. Thank you to the entire team!
I have to say this is one of the better walk ins ive been to. I made an appointment (they do accept walk ins too I think) I didn't wait long. There's a pharmacy there as well which makes it very convenient. First impression, its very organized and well managed and it's open 7 days a week. Def will come back
Dr. Sinmidele Fawohunre is the worst doctor in the city. They don’t do Pap smears here, or have any speculums in the clinic. I asked for a refill for my cholesterol medication and he refused to write me a prescription. His blonde receptionist is extremely rude. She weighed me, and refused to tell me how much I weighed. She doesn’t know how to convert kilograms to pounds. The blonde receptionist complained endlessly to Dr. Fawohunre, who told me I couldn’t be a patient there because of her. When I was leaving she said can you get out of our clinic, we don’t value your business. She is very disrespectful and treats people like garbage. This woman shouldn’t be working with the public. I give this place -500 stars. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
Super helpful receptionist, very short waiting time. Doctor is professional and accurate. The pharmacy is very efficient and professional. Definitely this is my first choice walkin clinic
