This clinic goes above and beyond - I always feel truly cared for when I visit. Lynn is a great communicator and always a friendly face. Sometimes there might be a wait but if you call ahead they are kind enough to let you know of the current wait times. I have seen many doctors here and they are all very compassionate. Highly recommend.
DO NOT COME! Waited more than 3 hours. Receptionist missed my walk in registration. First time I ask about my position she couldnt even find my name in the system. Trying to lie and say she has registered me and turn out need to ask my reason of visiting again. Keep saying 2 more ahead but keep letting others to cut the line. When I ask again she just keep saying sorry for delay. They have to either make it appointment only or reserve sufficient spot for walk-ins. Management is poor. For this waiting time maybe you can see a doctor faster by going to the hospital emergency.
Helpful and was easy to talk to a female doctor. It made my appointment with ease. I didn't need to make another appointment untill another 5 yrs. So I am good.
One doctor. She prescribed drops for my son that were $50 when she could’ve prescribed the generic brand… had the shoppers call back to the clinic and then have them fax a new prescription. What a headache. Why did she have to give that brand? Possibility some referral payment she would get. Not a good first impression.
Sorry I can't leave a happy experience. As I had urination difficulties seemed like prostate problem, and went to the clinic. On my 1st visit, I explained my symptoms, and he suggested me to have urine & blood test. I have the tests at Lifelabs. On my 2nd visit, the doctor seemed like nothing serious found, and didn't mention any. I asked him my PSA level, which I had heard about, and I found a written note by the Lifelab to have the test. Then he handed me written referral for the test. I had to go the Lab, and paid $65 for the test. On my 3rd. visit:the doctor studied my file for a while, and told me to book an another doctor in the office. Smiling he added " He is a good doctor."? Until then who is the doctor I had met? Good or bad? Every visit I had to wait more or less 1hr.
Don’t bother booking an appointment, they are not timely and you get lumped with the walk in patients. My first visit was fine but my second appointment was terrible. I booked for 4pm and waited until 5pm. I arrived 5 mins early and still had to wait. What’s the point of booking an appointment if I have to wait an hour?
I felt unwelcome and disrespected during my visit with Dr. Olufemi Omiwole. He was impolite and seemed drowsy and almost asleep during the whole visit. He almost had his eyes closed while talking to me.
