Eason was exceptionally welcoming and took the time to explain each step, which eased my nerves right away. He handled my previously bleached hair with such care and patience, and I truly appreciated the extra effort he put into protecting its condition. His professionalism, kindness, and ability to make conversation feel natural made the entire experience comforting and enjoyable. Not only did he achieve the exact result I envisioned, but he also made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. Truly a 10/10 experience

This barbershop is absolutely amazing. The staff are skilled, friendly, and really pay attention to detail. The haircut turned out perfect, even better than I expected. The shop is clean, comfortable, and the service is exceptional. I’ll definitely be coming back again—highly recommended!

I showed him some reference photos, and instead of just going straight into the cut, he took the time to discuss his thoughts and offer suggestions at every step of the process. His attention to detail made all the difference. If you're looking for a perfect 2-block haircut, I highly recommend him. Plus, the pricing is very reasonable for the quality of service!
I had a haircut appointment with Veronica and I regretted trying out this place. Her skills are mediocre at best considering her “master barber” title. I have had layers haircut all my life and have never seen someone hack away at my hair like she did and thinned out my hair so much. My hair was fine going into the haircut (only had dry and split ends) and came out with whole head of dryer and fried hair because she was blow drying on high heat (on my dry hair wasn’t wet at all) because they don’t use any heat protectant before heating tools. My appointment was also booked for cut and wash but it was not acknowledged at all when I went in although I was glad the wash didn’t happen because of how janky and dingy the place looked. I wish I had looked at the other one star reviewer that also had the haircut done by her before coming to this place. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED coming here at all.
AVOID AT ALL COST. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. I went here to get my hair a balayage and they ruined my hair. I asked for an ash blonde and they turned grey on the bottom and brassy brown on the roots. There was no colour on 90% of my hair I haven't coloured it for two years due to Pregnancy and they still managed to blame it to the 5% balayage left on my hair. They said that oh it was coloured thats why it was DAMAGED but I heard the manager talked to the person and ask why did they left the bleach for TOO LONG. When bleaching was all done, I was trusting the process due to different stylist have their own techniques but the person who coloured my hair admitted that it was her FIRST TIME doing any colour on a customer! Imagine that being said to you during toning time. I asked for an Ash blonde and they turned grey on the bottom and brassy brown on the roots. I showed the picture and it was not even close! I have been doing balayage for more than 10 years. They gave me all different kind of reasons such as having no time left? Why take customers then if you do not have any time? After the first appointment they then proceeded to ask me to come back to fix it. I went back to the name HENRY it was the manager, On the top of that, they are not gentle and the water temperature when washing your hair is always cold and kept on changing. The salons chairs are so uncomfortable. Just don't waste your time. Do not go here just go somewhere else. If I could only give 0 star! On the photo below, the "yellow hair was the first one and I asked for an ash blonde the other photo which they "tried" turned out to fix it and make it ash blonde turned RED and they charged me $400 for ruining my hair! Just don't go here!
I came across this salon on instagram and decided to give a try. It turns out to be one of the best decision. Eason did an amazing job with my hair color and it turned out exactly how I wanted :) The salon was clean and the staff were really friendly. Will definitely be back!
