Jenny the hairstylist. She is amazing and friendly to all customers. She customized the hairstyle according to your needs. The price at this salon is very reasonable comparing to other salons. My mother comes to her every week for hair wash and she washes her as a head message.
Demanded payment before the haircut. Very rude and unprofessional. Possibly racial profiling as I'm a man of colour. Goodluck to this place, they treat customers very poorly.
I went to this salon and asked for a simple trim, but the hairdresser completely messed up my hair. She cut it in uneven lengths and ruined the entire style. It looks awful and unprofessional. To make it worse, she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I left feeling upset and disappointed. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it at all costs!
Worst hair cut had ever in Richmond hill. There was Chinese lady doesn’t know how to cut hair.. Don’t don’t ever visit this worst place. Thanks God only charged $15. She also realized she made mistake of cutting hair..
She deserves 0 stars. She is rude and doesn’t know how to respect customers. The price sign is totally a lie. She told me hair cut is $20min and when I ask about the sign, she said it’s promotion and she got crazy because I asked her about that. Never again
I went there and the lady agree with me to take 10$ for haircut,She work on my head and hair only 4 or 5 minutes without brushing,the place very dirty and unhealthy,when she finished she got me15$ and I told her we agreed on 10 , She pretend that she didnt undestand and insist to take $15 and I paid that much.
worst salon, stay away, they damage your hair and they take your money first because they know they will damage your hair. Never go here even if they offered you $50 for highlighy. Dishonest, unprofessional.
