I was enjoying my Galaxy Passionfruit Green Tea until I took a sip and suddenly felt something sharp. It looks like a piece of wood. This is highly unsanitary and dangerous. I don’t even know what they use behind the scenes that would lead to this in my drink. I’m very dissatisfied with Royaltea.
Not sure if it was just the day i visited but it was horribly hot and uncomfortable inside. Location is very small not many seating availability. Self serve order system was not working. Lineup was only 4 people but service was slow. Left the store did not order anything after 15 minutes of waiting to get order taken
Such kind staff and delicious drinks!! Didn’t realize we unknowingly stayed 20mins past closing and they still took our order and allowed us to sit for a bit. Very much recommend the Mango Coconut Slush with Agar Jelly and Mango Chunks
Service is unbelievably slow. The drink was good but when you are the first person who ordered when it's an empty shop and it still took over 20 minutes to get my drink, it's not worth it...
Had a wonderful experience here. Ordered the stacked mango (or something like that) slush, and it was perfect. The customer service was really good because me and my siblings were joking as we were ordering and the man behind the counter completely passed the vibe check. Funny because I only came here out of laziness of not wanting to go across the street, and im glad I was lazy and came here because I would definitely come back
Unbelievable service! The shop assistant doesn’t seem to be able to say anything other than “no”! They had no ingredients to make most of the drinks that were advertised! She couldn’t make any drinks that could be less ice or less sweet! Would never go back to this one!
