Best Bubble Tea in all of Richmond Hill! The Mango Green Tea with Tapioca Pearls is a favourite of mine as well as the Strawberry Yogurt Slush, Mango Slush and Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Tapioca Pearls. The Egg Waffles are also exceptional and staff is pleasant.
If this is less ice, I would hate to see what the other options yield. This place is usually good, but looks like new staff that don’t follow the regular process.
This is by far my FAVOURITE Bubble Tea stop - the customer service is excellent and it's always very clean. Not to mention, the bubble tea is amazing.
My friend and I have gone to every bubble tea place in Richmond Hill and this one is hands down the best! Excellent service, great decor (very instagrammable) and of course, the drinks are to die for! I always order the mango green tea which hits the spot every time but really, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu! This is my go-to place for a post run refreshment!
Drinks are decent, but not decent enough to be waiting over 30 minutes for a drink. You need more staff working on weekends when the store is packed full of people waiting in line PLUS uber orders.
a picture is worth a thousand words. This is the ugliest and messiest egg waffle i’ve ever been served. How are you even supposed to serve that to customers. Didn’t even ended up finishing it as I couldn’t even peel them off properly. Maybe try cooling it down a little before serving? We weren’t in any rush.
I love this place! The Taro Milk Tea was so delicious. They used real taro paste and not powder. First time I ever had real taro in a bbt and am very happy. It tasted so natural. I equally loved the Grapefruit Green Tea as well, so refreshing. The customer service is excellent! Vivian was so friendly and accomodating, ecen suggested drinks to my preference. Bathroom is clean too so I highly recommend this place
