the lemon tea itself is quite strong but does not taste bad, but a $11 cup of lemon tea that's quite literally 80% ice is unacceptable, after drinking slowly for 5 minutes all there left is crushed ice!
ALWAYS out of order for half the items on the menu. I visited this location on different occasions around 6pm in the evening, they were always out of order for most drinks on the menu. This place closes at 10pm, how are you always out of order this early?
Came in at 5pm to an empty store. Was told it would be a 20+min wait as they were working on a large order. With 7+ staff you couldn't pull away to make 2 drinks for walk in? Went across to commerce gate.
The best lemon tea!! Super fragrant and rich flavours. No other lemon tea compares. The Rich Punching Lemon Tea and Yashi Lemon Tea are my favourites. They now have 1 Litre cups that are perfect to quench your thirst!!
Extremely slow service. On top of that, they did not call for our order number even when they were finally ready but because they didn’t call our number so we just assumed they weren’t ours so we just kept waiting only to find out our drinks been sitting on the counter. The drinks had SO MUCH ice we finished it in few sips and they costed over $10 each.
Boss, I’m a loyal fan despite the ice, but when will the regular cups get restocked? The temporary ones are too small, even I can’t defend you from my wallet Edit: cups r back Edit2: Boss getting sly with the cup sizes… The other locations also have discounts sometimes, where’s the love at this one?
I ordered the original punching tea and it was awesome! It’s super tasty, the tea is strong and full of flavour. However, if I knew it was going to be a 20m wait for one drink (on a Thursday at 4pm) I most definitely wouldn’t have ordered it at all for this $10 drink. On top of that, they only have a fixed cup size option along with fixed ice level so after a few sips it pains me that half of it was already gone. Not this is not a sit down establishment. There are 2 chairs at the front for “dine in” but the other seats are for those waiting for their order. Would I come back? Yes, but only if it’s a 5-10m wait max.
