After having a terrible experience at the other location on Orfus, this place was a breath of fresh air. The girl working was quick, confident, and clearly knew what she was doing. She even had my drink ready by the time I finished paying—that’s how fast she was! The drink itself was amazing. I’ve already been here twice and will definitely keep coming back.
Smother bubble tea shop, but this one has a cute mascot and name. The service was fast and friendly, and the shop was very clean. The only issue is there wasn’t a lot of room to sit, but all the bubble tea shops are the same size in this area, so it’s fine.
Brought the family here after dinner, parking in the Plaza is very scares, so you might have to circle around a it to fine a spot. The bubble tea are fantastic and service is great. Highly recommended.
Came to this location mid day. Did not have enough tapioca to make two drinks. No explanation no apology. Sad place. I highly NOT recommend this place. Especially don't bring any young ones to be disappointed. Even their corporate responses to customer feedback sounds like they don't care. I honestly think it's a place that's not serious about doing business. There are many reviews indicating supply shortage disappointing other customers regular or otherwise dating back a good amount of time. Don't waste your time everyone. They won't change. Very sad very disappointed.
drink is usually well priced, consistent and pretty much par for the course for bubble tea in commerce. However, had a really bad run in, where the two milk tea i ordered were extremely watered down and next to no flavour. Really disappointed wouldn’t be coming back given other options nearby.
Tried these drink for the first time. In love with these. #Matcha_milkgreentea #cheesefoam_milkgreentea They use honey instead of sugar. So if you're health conscious, you can still try these. Very refreshing and tasty
have tried this place twice, the first time they messed up the order and gave me something completely different, the second time they were sold out of tapioca :-< such a let down
