Extremely Disappointed – Avoid at All Costs I took my 2021 Toyota Venza to Sonny’s Auto Body Shop after a front accident in January 2022, and it turned out to be a huge mistake. While Sonny talks very nicely and seems friendly at first, the actual work done on my car was absolutely unacceptable and careless. When I later took the car to the dealership for inspection, they were shocked by the condition of the repairs. Here’s what they found: • Air conditioning pipes connected using glue — a dangerous and completely unprofessional shortcut. • Bumpers held together with zip ties — not bolted or properly repaired. • The overall workmanship was described as tasteless and damaging, without caution or consideration for safety or quality. Sonny may talk the talk, but his shop completely failed to deliver even the most basic level of proper auto repair. They destroyed my car instead of fixing it. If you care about your vehicle, safety, or money — stay far away from this place. I deeply regret trusting them.

Getting into a car accident and dealing with all the trouble is a very stressful experience. I wouldn’t have imagined having a great body shop can be so helpful in an event like this .Sonny and his staff helped me turn what would have been a very stressful event into a breeze with their friendliness and professionalism. Sonny explained very clearly every step how i should handle the issue and recommended the best solution base on my situation. Then he went all the way to help me handle all the issues involved - from getting a rental car to get my life back to normal, to contacting and talking to insurance company to get my car repaired , and even come to my house to help me boost my car when I had trouble. He went way above and beyond to make my life after a car accident as easy as possible. I left my broken car and key to him with a stressful mind , and two weeks later he gave me back a brand new looking car and had all issues taken care of. I am really grateful I have chosen Sonny autobody and collision after my car accident. Thank you so much Sonny and his amazing and super friendly staff! I would recommend Sunny auto body and collision repair to all my friends and family , and anyone who has unfortunately got into stressful car accident . This shop defrauded customers by verbally telling them the price of car repair, and must fill in the written documents first, otherwise he will raise the price after repairing the car. He did this more than once, so he must be careful and had better not come here to repair the car
He made a mess installing back my radiator. i had to go back and ask him to fix the leak. now i understand he charged me for a new AC condenser and installed a used and leaky condenser too. don't fall for cheap prices because there is a reason for it. now i have to pay for an actually new condenser again plus the labour fees !!
Someone recommended this shop to me to repair my Corolla, which was damaged pretty bad. The service was great and the result was even better, can’t even notice where the damage was. The price was also very fair compared to the other places I checked, especially for the high quality job which was done. I would highly recommend this place.
He charged me full price and 40% of the job was not done and I needed my truck for work purposes and he made me pay in full to get back my car even though was not repaired fully.and i went to dealer because car broke shortly after they said he used a (used parts) which is so dangerous. SCAM
