They were able to schedule my repair within just a few days, and on the day I dropped off my truck, the rental company was already waiting for me — making the handoff quick and seamless. The repairs took about two weeks, and when I picked up my truck, it looked fantastic — spotless inside and out. They even went above and beyond by fixing a small chip that wasn’t part of the original damage at no extra charge. I was so impressed and grateful for the care and attention to detail. Based on my own experience with this shop, I believe all the 1 Star reviews now. TD insurance referred me to this shop... unfortunately, and I shouldn't have came. My advice to you, do yourselves a favor and take your car somewhere else. Came to this shop 7 months ago to take care of my car's front end stuff. one of the tasks was to replace and paint the front bumper. the job looked "good" at the time I received the car. 3 months ago, the bottom left side of my bumper hits an ice bank and I get scratches at the bottom of the bumper. Fine, that's my fault. Some weeks later I realized the paint is starting to peel like a wrap above the area that was scratched. I gave the benefit of doubt and said ok its my fault. Here is the key part. 2 weeks ago while washing my car, I realized the paint on middle right side of my bumper is also starting to peel (where there was no damaged at all). I was convinced that they did a poor paint job because, as you know, PAINT MUST STICK TO THE BODY. The peeling paint is not even hard, so its not peeling like an egg shell, its more like a tape. The peelings are specifically happening at the sharp curvatures of the bumper. I went to the shop, showed the peeling paint to the owner of this specific location. He told me I damaged it myself and I am being dishonest and he turned his back on me and started to walk away without even hearing my side. I got very upset when he started to walk away and got into a heated argument with him. He kept telling me I caused the damage, therefore no warranty. He did not admit the poor paint job he has done. Just because of a everyday under bumper scratch because of ramps or ice, paint should not start peeling from 2 different locations of the bumper. The scratched damage and the peeling are coincidence and are not related. I am 100% sure in a month or two I will see more peeling paint. I have had 3 cars in my lifetime, have gone to 2 body shops before, and I have never seen this kind of paint peeling. Now I have to fix it myself. In my case, zero professionalism.
