I had hail damage fixed for 2 vehicles and they damaged them more. My sons truck had to have the windshield replaced among other stuff, and they took a chunk out of the windshield pillar then they broke my visor on the side window and my sunroof doesn’t open and close properly anymore and took a gouge out of my windshield that the wiper jumps over now and scratched my paint. We tried dealing with Rob and he kept telling us he will call us back and that he had replacement visor for my truck and he would get my sons truck in the fix the pillar. For over a year now our calls have been ignored, our messages have gone unanswered. I will never deal with them again.
2 years ago i have bumper cover replaced. the paint was coming off after a few days at gap area. now, the paint at tailgate area has worn out. the worst part is cover protestor on both ends pops up to stop the trunk to open. the dealer and myself spent tons of time to find this issue after replaced the gate latch. totally disappointed.
My genesis coupe has a terrible headlight assembly requiring loosening of the bumper to remove assembly and switch bulbs. I would risk breaking bumper tabs doing it myself. Dealership wanted $150 to change a low beam bulb! These guys did it perfectly for half the price. Not only that, the technician also cleaned my headlight and repositioned the bumper liner for better fit. They got me in the day after I called and service was fast. He even showed me the busted bulb.
Think twice before you leave your car at Fix Auto in Richmond Hill. New paint peeled off three months after repair...and more. Head Office of no help with complaint.
This place is just ridiculous! Biggest scam ever, was not professional, or did they care. Bought in our car for a quote, he quoted a ridiculous amount that does not even provide new parts on our brand new car. He quoted a patch up work equvilant for the price value of our car. Additional he lied to our insurance causing more trouble. Sam has an ego and was not helpful at all. Do not recommend at all!!!

Robert took great care of me! I had rear bumper repairs done and they colour match significantly better than the factory finishes. They are even very knowledgeable in the complex morden car electronics and had properly calibrated the handsfree trunk proximity antenna, a job that usually requires a trip to the dealer!
