I had my two vehicles sprayed today. I decided to give the new management team an opportunity to earn my ongoing business.While most current reviews were excellent, a very small number voiced concerns. I was assured that these issues had been resolved...and so.. I went ahead. Verdict: All aspects of the service today were excellently done. Cars were thoroughly sprayed with obvious attention to avoid rubber components as much as possible. Cars were returned cleaned and wiped down. Booking, scheduling, timing and checkout all proceeded effortlessly in a courteous and professional manner. My personal experience was extremely positive. Thank you Krown Richmond Hill. The front desk Starlyn is really nice and patient, explained everything in detail and accommodated my extra request. Overall a great experience servicing my car here.
I've had a great experience at krown Richmond hill. I brought my car in yesterday afternoon and they did an excellent job, it only took 15 minutes to get my cars underside sprayed and washed. The lady at the front desk was very polite and patient with me and was great help on the phone when booking my appointment and taking my car in. I would 100% recommend you bring your car in for a rust proofing job.
Second year in a row for me last week and again was pleased. full coverage and they used the same holes they drilled last year to protect my car. Typical drippage of excess spray, but expected as they are sure to explain. The dripping completely stopped by the 3rd day and I feel confident it will continue to protect inside and out. Friendly service and done in less than an hour. I will return.
This Richmond hill location at 167 Centre St E, Richmond Hill, ON, L4C 1A5 is really suck. Worse customer experience someone ever can have. I had a credit from previous service and when they scheduled the appointment and I brought the car they bluntly refused to service to offset the credit balance. When they scheduled the appointment they honoured to service the car but when I drove all the way to their location they refused. These people are big scammer.
? Extremely Disappointed and Unhappy Customer - Range Rover Ruined! I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at this location. A few days after having my Range Rover sprayed, I was appalled to discover overspray—an oily, chemical-like substance—covering the entire interior of my vehicle. This substance was not limited to one area; it was found all over the inside of the truck, including: My leather back seats The floor mats The door panels The center console The damage was initially noticed when I opened the back door and saw my ski jacket completely ruined with this oily substance. The Company's Response was Unacceptable After calling to report the issue and the ruined coat, they told my son to have me bring the truck in for a "detailing." However, when I arrived, the front office staff explicitly said, "NO, we're not detailing your car." Instead, a staff member was sent out to simply wipe down the top of my leather seats—a completely inadequate attempt to fix the widespread damage. I escalated the complaint by calling head office, and they haven't bothered to get back to me. NO follow-up whatsoever! I am not letting this incident go. Further Damage and Deceptive Advice Compounding the problem, I was told it was okay to leave the car in the asphalt driveway because this substance would supposedly "leak and disappear." This was completely false. Ten days later, my driveway is now covered in an oil-like mess! Do they genuinely think an older customer has the time or ability to take a pressure washer to clean up their significant mess? This is complete BULLSHIT. I later found out from others that this is not an isolated incident and has happened to other customers. I deeply regret not checking reviews before trusting them with my vehicle. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS LOCATION unless you are prepared to have it ruined.
