The worst service i have ever received for automotive. I went in to have the car looked at for an insurance company, the person at Toyota did the initial work, however failed to submit the details the entire week to insurance for review, then left on his vacation for over a week. The other offices at Assured were unable to get the project moved forward, because he was on vacation. Nearly 3 weeks later, it still was not submitted to insurance despite my multiple emails and calls. I would completely avoid this collision company at this point, there are too many issues with service.
My friend brought his car to This location for repair, Casandra was very helpful and so nice with us. She helped a lot regarding calling insurance and being this process smoothly. I really appreciated for all her help during my friend’s car repair and the car was fixed in very good condition
Great service from scheduling, to drop off, to pick up. Will Czobel was a pleasure to deal with, really professional and always made me feel at ease. Car looks as good as it did before, they also washed the exterior and interior. Really satisfied. I would also recommend this shop to anyone based on Will’s character.
