Paul is the best mechanic you can find in town! Extremely knowledge and honesty. I have a 2015 Jetta that I always bring to him for oil change and regular part changes/maintenance. He always messages me ahead about the repair cost and work around my time. Thanks Paul!
Paul has been servicing my family’s vehicles for over ten years, and we’ve purchased multiple vehicles from him as well. I live in the Toronto Bluffs and make the drive to Aurora for any and all things car related. Why? Because Paul is one of the nicest, fairest and most honest people (and mechanics) I’ve ever met.
This review is 15 years overdue. Back in 2008 I purchased a beauty of a Monte Carlo(2003) from Al (Rest his soul) and his son Paul with only 70,000 km at the time at an unbelievable price. For me it was like winning the lotto. I kept that car on the road for 14 years and brought it to 373, 000 km with occasional visits to them for servicing. Internally the motor would continue on but it was time to give it up 2 years ago so with much heartache I said goodbye. They have never let me down when I needed something and it was never anything major, regular oil changes, brakes and rotors, the usual. I've come to view them more like family and I still come to get my present vehicle serviced from Paul. So if you ask me whether or not to buy a second hand car from them , that's up to you. Trust your gut. He has some great cars on the lot. I know Ive had an excellent experience with them always advising me with honesty. I've even learned a number of new things when it comes to my vehicles and for that I will always be grateful.
Incredible service and respectful business. Owner has provided the best service in the area and at fair pricing. You're treated more like family than a customer. Ive sent many friends as referrals and would highly recommend.
I'm a little late writing this review as I purchased this lovely fishbowl back in October from Paul. I got a really good deal on this car and have had no issues since. I thought something was wrong with the car at one point (turned out to be normal) and he offered to bring the car back in and have a look at it and top up some fluids. I never had to luckily as the issue was nothing. The car is a 2009 and inevitably, with its age, it won't be perfect cosmetically in every aspect. No car with said age would be. I already knew about this type of car prior to buying, and when driving it for the first time, it checked off all my boxes I was looking for. Best time to do is to go early morning to mid day
EXTREMELY terrible place. Purchased my car, next day it was over heating which they fixed since it was part of "30 day warranty", then the check engine light came on which they claimed they fixed but in reality only patched up the problem and it came right back a few days later which so happens to be right after the 30 day warranty expiry. When I messaged them about it, they simply stated "Oh well" without even trying to find out if it was his problem. When confronted, they did attempt to fix once again while sending inappropriate comments via text which are none of his business at all. I have been nothing but respectful to these people, and this level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable.
I would rather kill myself than go back to this place. Extremely rude and racist people who think they own the world. Please go anywhere but here, it is not worth it. They are nice in the beginning so that they can close the sale but later turn into disgusting pigs that curse and belittle people. I am still shocked at the experience that I had and all I can do is hope that they learn from their mistakes and stop taking advantage of people. They are extremely dishonest.
