I want to start off by saying I’ve been surrounded in the dealer business for some time, and throughout this time, I’ve been to countless used car dealers. Out of everyone, no place treated like family as Aryan and Charles did. Over the span of a couple of months, they’ve helped me sell 2 of my cars and assist in the search for a new car, which I was looking for. Months of phone calls, questions, and showing up unannounced; Charles and Aryan didn’t hesitate once to help or assist. Keep in mind, for months, they didn’t get paid a penny for all the work they were helping me with, but they still chose to continue, which made it clear that money didn’t matter to them. My experience purchasing a 2013 Honda Pilot here started off quite frustrating, with delays and poor communication. However, today the dealership delivered the car on time as promised, and their service attitude has noticeably improved. Overall, I am happy with the purchase. That said, a couple of promised items were not fully completed – the interior cleaning was not done, and I noticed a small missing piece on the rear interior window trim panel (the missing piece cannot be found, so it may be difficult to repair). I hope the dealership can pay more attention to these details before delivery in the future, and it would be great if they could help me find a way to fix this trim issue. The buying process had some bumps, but the dealer was very helpful, fixed the damaged parts, and replaced the cabin filter. What impressed me most is that they promised to help me even after the warranty period if issues come up. Overall, very trustworthy
