I recently bought a Subaru Crosstrek from these guys and the car has been nothing but fantastic. However, the service was far better than I could’ve ever expected. This was my first dealership experience and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jay was always there for a phone call, if I had any questions. If he wasn’t 100% certain on the answer, he would find the answer and tell me later, which was greatly appreciated. When I went to pick up the car, the battery light went on and Jay said I couldn’t have the car. This was because he brought it back to the shop and immediately got the alternator replaced. I truly believe that every car that would come out of this dealership would be in tip top shape. I can’t believe how lucky I was to find my car from Apex Cars. If you find a good deal here, jump on it!
