First of all, we were very happy that Tasco was open on Canada Day since we were fridge shopping and we had been living our of coolers for 2 days and would likely be for a couple more. Vince was very helpful and educational in guiding us through the decision of which fridge was best for us. The fee for delivery of our new, and removal of our not-old-enough dead fridge was very reasonable. We were also happy with the reasonable price for the comprehensive extended warranty which we purchased. Lastly, we were quite relieved when they called the next day to say that they were able to move the delivery date of the fridge to a day sooner than they were originally able to accommodate.

Dealing with Inder is a pleasure.He's knowledgeable, accommodating, and - the most important quality for me in a salesperson - is not pushy. He listened to our needs, and offered several viable options.Payment and delivery options were flexible too.The delivery was a breeze, very accommodating, with robocalls confirming the delivery time window, and then giving a notice 20 minutes before the truck arrival.The place may not be the cheapest around, but their inventory is very good, catering for various price ranges, and it doesn't give me that sketchy feeling some other appliance stores do.

We bought a fridge and dishwasher from this place. The sales experience was fine, but once the sale was done the circus started. People not talking to each other internally, miscoordinated delivery/install but worst of all that a fridge came dented. We were directed to the head office for the warranty. This is where the ridiculousness increases. Calling multiple times, waiting, calling again. Then we get offered some money to keep the fridge "as is" because apparently they are "hard to fix". But wait...we can't get even get that money! "Somebody will get in touch with you". 2 weeks later I call again. "I am sending money to your card". Suure...no money yet. It's a ridiculous company that will play games with you, so beware.
