Let me start by saying I am new to vaping. That being said, I am an avid researcher and when I start something new, I NEED to understand everything. I've done my research and here are my conclusions:THIS PLACE IS MILES ABOVE THE REST. I have visited 8 different vape stores, visited 100s of vape stores online, and read more reviews and news articles than I can count...... I could not find one place that even came close. The customer service they boast is beyond superb. They are not pushy to spend your money. ..quite the contrary; they are patient and willing to spend the time to explain things and make sure the customer is happy. I spent A LOT of time trying to understand it all and they all truly helped....A LOT. I looked at many devices, got a great explanation, they helped me make choices and gave honest reviews. In store stock is amazing, there was nothing I wanted that they didnt have. Rare in today's virtual world, many brick and mortar stores simply dont carry much stock in store anymore. This place has it all! Now about the ejuice. There is nowhere else that has this kind of variety with the choice of nic salt or regular on everything, and you can get ANY NIC LEVEL YOU WANT! This is huge to me and the enormous difference from everyone else. I dont want to be stuck with a particular level, I get to choose my own and adjust as I please. In my investigative journey, I could not find one other place that does that. You can sample and vape to your hearts desire in store and EVERYONE is so helpful and friendly. To be clear, this place is a 45 min drive for me (in no traffic), and I will continue to make the drive. Without being overly critical of the competition......they simply suck. I had horrible experiences in other stores. If the fruits of my labour can assist anyone considering other vape shops, I assure you, your search is done, this is the one place YOU MUST visit for all your vaping needs. Oh, and i must note that the website rocks, and the videos.... top notch and incredibly helpful, I have watched them all. Congrats to the DashVapes team, brilliant business model. As a footnote about the staff, if the store is busy or empty, I received the same level of attention, the Manager (I really suck with names) in this place has chops, aside from his endless encyclopedia of knowledge, he knows what customer service really means. It's safe to say that in my short vaping journey, I'm in this, and will be back! In one week, went from 25 + of smokes a day to 2. I have 3 devices and going back for more. Where has all this vaping been hiding till now. Cheers to a big cloud!Oh and how can I forget to say that their pricing kicks ass. You wont find better pricing and if you do find a better price, they will match it! Seriously.
Love this place, helpful staff and great selection of juice, which they custom make to your strength and nicotine type. Will go back for sure.
It was my first time walking into a Vape shop and had no idea what I was looking for. The sales person was very friendly and courteous and took time to understand my needs and recommended suitable products. He then assisted me in assembling my new vapour and made sure I was comfortable in using it. Couldnt have asked for a better service!
