Disappointing experience. There was no order at the cashier. No line up. Store staff who helped Customers walked up to front desk to cash them out while others who were returning items were lost and didn’t know what to do. Staff (5) at front desk spoke a different language to each other (not French or English) with was did not feel inclusive. All staff appeared to be very young, lacking interpersonal skills. For a high end store, service and organization was very poor…
I had such a great experience at SoftMoc thanks to Parsa! I was honestly being a bit indecisive and tried on way too many pairs of shoes, but he was super patient the whole time. He gave me real, honest opinions instead of just trying to sell me anything, which I really appreciated. It felt like he genuinely wanted me to find the right pair. I ended up buying few different pairs! Thanks to Parsa for making the whole process easy and enjoyable!
SoftMoc is honestly the best! I’m really picky when it comes to shoes and boots, but I’ve had great experiences with them. Mohadese was incredibly helpful — I had placed an online order and the wrong boots were sent to the store, but she contacted customer service on my behalf and requested a discount for me as compensation. She also reminded me that I had some store credit I could use, and after buying the boots I discovered I had even more credit available, which helped me get another pair of boots at a great price. Overall, I’m extremely happy with their customer service, the quality of their products, and the amazing deals. Highly recommend!
Shoppers be aware! This location here will not do price adjustment (see softmoc website screenshot), although softmoc stated that they support price adjustment for items that is sold at original price and went on sale within 30 days. We purchased a pair in original price last week. It went 20% off this week. Color and size are still available. However, the sales person was like oh you must return the original one with original box and buy another pair again. If you dumped your shoe box, of course you won’t be able to return it. But no price adjustment here! They don’t follow softmoc’s promise to customer to keep pricing competitive. I would recommend you thinking again if you want to buy from here and understand that you won’t get competitive pricing if you purchase item of original price here. Also, they told me that they added my original priced purchase to rewards system so I can get money rebate with rewards. But when I got home, I also did not see the original priced purchase on my rewards.
I had very good experience shopping there. Staff were very nice and helpful. Parsa helped me to buy what I was looking for. Very good store! definitely will come back.
