Don't order shoes online from here. I made the mistake over a week ago for some boots. I was told by the sales person that they ship with Canada Post and it should take 2 - 5 business days. Instead they use a third party company called BoxKnight and I haven't had any tracking information other than a tracking number. It's been over a week and I have no idea where the package is. I wrote to customer service and am waiting to hear back. Getting something shipped shouldn't be this difficult. If they don't have something in their store then don't buy it.
Great selection at this location and very friendly staff! Vincent was extremely nice and accommodating! just minutes before closing he offered his advice and help, and even offered to gift-wrap the shoe box! I felt absolutely no rush, exceptional service!
Everyone in the store is super helpful. Lost the count of how many times I've shopped in the store and all my experiences were perfect. The manager is also a very nice and accommodating gentleman. Make sure to talk to him if problems rise.
Absolutely excellent customer service. The boots are good quality. I had a defective pair and they replaced it after a month. Love this place. The mink oil for their boots is also incredible.
