Visited the Richmond Hill store for the first time today. I was impressed by the variety and quality of dance shoes. But most importantly, I really appreciated the patience and pleasant service provided by Cindy. I wanted a 3" heel but my narrow feet kept slipping through the open toes. Cindy went to great lengths to find me a lovely pair of shoes suitable to my taste and narrow feet. Thanks for your wonderful customer service. A rate thing these days!
They really have a huge selection of shoes for women. I found the selection a bit limited for men. The sales lady was extremely helpful. Currently (July 2018) the address on the website is different from the address on the unit. Best to give them a call when you get close. I will be doing business with them again and recommending them to friends. Thanks for your help!
I am a repeat customer. I was so happy with my purchases and service last time, I went back for another pair of shoes this weekend. Cindy, who fitted me for my dancing shoes, provides such dedicated service. She is very patient, courteous and knows the products. I travelled from Mississauga to buy from Natural Spin, even though there are other stores closer to me. It is not simply because they have a large selection, what sets them apart from other places is the customer service, Cindy knows what shoe will fit your foot and I have very difficult feet to fit.
Very friendly staff! She helped me search for the perfect pair for over half an hour and gave me a complimentary pair of heel protector! Highly recommend!
