This store tries to scam clients and accuse them of returning worn items. I returned 2 pairs of shoes that were still sealed by the stickers they put on the box. The cashier accuses me of wearing the shoes and if it wasn't another client that wanted to buy my shoes, the manager wouldn't have returned my money. DISGUSTING WAY OF DOING BUSINESS. This store is run by a bunch of kids. Terrible customer service
The customer service of Louisa at hillcrest mall was unbelievable. She stayed late while we still had to try on sizes and didnt rush us and was so patient and we ended up purchasing a few pairs!! Honestly so kind wish she could have made a commission
Recently visited this Aldo store and I honestly loved the customer service that was provided by beautiful Michelle. She was very welcoming, helpful and professional. She was pretty quick and competent in assisting me find the right item. I’m super happy by the service she provided to me and will go back for more shopping from this store. Thank you Michelle. You are awesome.
I bought 3 bags online then picked up from this store and i asked one plastic bags but she said we don't have!!!!after 15 days i went to return 2 of them ,she said just i can accept to return one of them! For another call to customer service!!!again i asked the plastic bag but again she said we don't have a bag.

I bought shoes from here on Sunday evening tried for half hour and it was not comfortable so Tuesday I went to return that the person at counter was so rude and not helpful at all it was around 4 in evening I ask her name she did not gave me and I ask for manager she said she is the manager when ch is wrong because she was not for sure and I check other shoes in store most of them was dirty from bottom so when I bought the shoes in hurry did not check bottom it might be there before it was $125 plus tax so not cheap and they refuse to give me store credit as well so pathetic service I don’t recommend the person was there is young girl with curly hair and glasses she doesn’t give her name so I have to write this so upset
The manager is professional and polite, great customer service, The staff is very helpful by getting the size for customers to try. Their shoes are presented more organized than other locations.
