I paid $650 for the season of snow removal. Came a few times, ripped out my garden 10 feet away from the driveway, ripped out large sections of sod and damaged the walkway stones. I called, first they blamed it on me, then promised not to do it again. Came spring, I repaired my lawn, but can't bring my 10 year old garden back. They come back, destroyed the lawn again and left the ice and snow for me to clean up (see pictures). Then, once I challenged it, offered to come back, no thank you how much more of my property can they destroy. So now they threaten to sue me if I post a review. I have pictures of all the endless damages. Total disregard for people's property, and a very poor job to remove snow to begin with.
Great reliable service. Tony and his crew always show up, do the job as expected and has even went the extra mile to shovel my walk way and stairs as I am unable to do so as I am disabled. I've never once in the two years of using his winter plow service have had any issues. Thank you Tony for such an exceptional professional job! See you next winter!
Always punctual and delivered quality work. Even came out on Christmas Eve when no one else on our street had their driveways cleared by other companies. Always friendly and courteous. Salted and cleaned up in between snowfalls even when it wasn't set in my contract. I'll definitely be going with WOW again next year. Thank you so much for helping us through our winter. Definitely considering having them do snow removal and roofing at both my rental properties. It's always difficult to find a good contractor and we found one. ThanK you so much guys.
Called in a panic on a Friday. (No callbacks from 4 other roofers). Room leaking. They called from a day at the exhibition with kids!! Truly ..."Wow". Showed Saturday a.m., found matching tiles and repaired my roof in hours. Just as rain started again.Gave me quite a few tips about what to look for in repairs/workmanship. Friendly. Honest.
