This is the second time we have used Paul of Bishop Roof Repairs. At the last house that was 3 years old he repaired some loose shingles. At our current house we called to have him fix another roof shingle issue. He recommended that we also remove and apply new caulking throughout the roof. We did this because the roof was 12 years old and in some places nails had not been caulked. He also gave us some suggestions to ensure the roof remained in good condition.
Like most contractors, this one doesn't return phone calls and e-mails. Just a waste of my time reaching out to them.
Paul is amazing. He came by quickly, gave us a top notch roof inspection and did repairs twice - once on the spot for the urgent issues, and then came back a second time for the rest. His work was impeccable. We are lucky to have found him!
Paul and I have worked together for quite sometime and has worked with me on jobs where water has caused little to large damage.
