Unique roofing has chosen the right name for their business. The business owner, Louis, is professional and very honest. He explains the whole process, the contract, and the warranty thoroughly before, during, and after the job is done. He takes pictures of all the stages of the job including, the removal, installation of the plywood, ice and water layers and the shingles and shares them with the property owner. He also takes drone pictures of the finished work. Home owners can fully trust this company as they do what they should according to the building/roof codes and provide you with proof. The first four pictures show the roof done by a dishonest, unprofessional roofer in 2018, which caused a lot of leaking and a damaged attic. Unique roofing did an excellent clean-up after the roof was done.We are very satisfied with the job done and recommend their services.
There are no words to describe how wonderful Unique Roofing's team of professionals did replacing our roof. Louis was very upfront from the start. His comment..."I am the first on the roof and the last one to leave" really made me feel comfortable. I had four companies present offers and Louis' bid was the most sensible and down to earth both financially and what was needed. They came to a clean yard and left it the same at the end of the work. We had a roof leak during a rainstorm, and needed someone to patch the hole and stop the damage. Louis came that very day to check it out, and was back the next morning to fix it all. I'd highly recommend him, and would use him again in the future!
