Sloppy! Unprofessional. These guys did my neighbour's roof. They threw old shingles off the side of the roof and onto my raspberry and blackberry bushes. They destroyed the berry plants and a bunch of other plants that were at the side of the house. And this was after I asked them to not throw the shingles off the side of the house. Very disrespectful!
A timely and efficiency job has been done. Alan has good knowledge about roof, brought quite a few samples along with him and explained throughfully. After the explaination it is much easier to know what you need. The job took one day. The crew cleaned up pretty nicely and even cleaned my neighbor's driveway (we are a semi). Overall, it is a nice and smooth experience, and I will recommand in the future.
STAY AWAY! Company installed shingles for me a few months back and when they reattached the antenna back to the roof they decided to use ROOFING NAILS instead of screws to hold a 50 foot tower weighing over 300lbs. On a windy day the antenna inevitably ripped off of the roof damaging a tree and nearly missed my neighbors home. A seperate crew had to come in to winch it back into place to properly secure it. They charged me $400 for the emergency repair. They also showed me the roofing nails sticking out of the antenna mount. I tried contacting Alpha (Candice was my sales person) and showed them what happened they denied ever touching the antenna which was funny because how else would they have put new shingles below the mounting point. Even when she apparently (i wasn't there) sent her guys out to see the shingles/antenna etc that was damaged she informed me that her men didnt have the tools to fix the roof. How does a roofing company not have the tools to fix a roof? They are not returning my calls and are still denying doing anything wrong. Point is now I'm at my wits end with them and ill have to hire another company to fix their mistakes or go through insurance
