After a few months, I went to the store. I was surprised. The store was fully renovated, and with new management, everything was clean and perfect. I really liked it.
Big difference between dinner and lunch. Last time I had picked up dinner, everything was fresh and hot. Today I picked up lunch, food was just lukewarm even though I picked it up right away. It feels like they just REHEATED LEFTOVER from the night before…
Food is pretty standard fast food and atmosphere is nothing special. This review is solely to complement on the service. My uncle sent me to Harvey’s so that I could get some food and he gave me his card to pay. However, the card didn’t process the payment. I had to go back to my car to get my wallet so that I could cover the payment, the entire time, they were incredibly patient and understanding. Appreciate the staff team who was working the late morning/early afternoon shift on Tuesday the 27th of August.
Very rude staff. Don’t know how to speak with the customers. Waited so long at drive thru. It was not a rush period but still the staff was frustrated. Do not recommend to anyone to go there.
