Very disappointed. We drove 20 minutes to get here because it showed as open online, but when we arrived, the restaurant was closed. Please update your hours to avoid wasting customers’ time.
The food is very good and interesting. Ordering online from the Location on Major MacKenzie is a nightmare. The website says closed. So I call the store - they answer about 50% of the time, even when calling just before lunch. We like the food, it is just really hard to place an order for pickup. I do team lunches with about 6-10 burgers ordered at a time. We usually end up going somewhere else.
Delicious burgers and fries, poutine & tornado fries delicious. Burgers were so good, worth the money, lots of toppings and choices for the burgers. Highly recommend
I eat before also in burger factory but this store have old buns and dry kebab inside and fries was tasteless and dry not same other stores try to use frash buns thx u
When we went, it was absolutely empty.we had to wait quite a while for someone to take our order. The cheeseburger was good and very juicy. But the fries ( included in the combo ) were not amazing.
My family and I had an excellent experience, the representative, Prit provided great customer service and answered questions with ease. Excellent burgers, fries, and service!
Ordered the bacon & beef cheese fries. There was no beef at all. There was also no sour cream and onion despite the menu showing a picture with them. There was more cheese than fries....
