Seriously, the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I didn’t take out order for dinner and the food was awful. The fish and chips was so fishy. I cannot eat it. There was a simple hair in my soup. They missed dressing on my salad for takeout I’ve called twice. Nobody picked up today. I called and the guy working this afternoon Was so clueless could not understand English and didn’t even have the audacity to try and understand what had happened he told me I needed to call back when he couldn’t even take my name or phone number or provide any help. I would never come back here.
29th June 2020 Occasion : Parents Wedding Anniversary Usually we go out to celebrate and eat out when there is any occasion in family and it was our parents 41st wedding anniversary but being Monday and first crazy day at work it was not possible to go out - but we thought to order food from outside and this time we tried Crave on Highway 27 - it was one of the best food we had : Butter chicken Chicken Karahi Pulao Rice Roti/Naan Daal Fry The food was yummylicious and was indeed mild on spice and with enough quantity. Everyone along with my parents loved the food. Would recommend everyone to give this restaurant a try - and it will not let you down. All the best - Team Crave!
We went to Craves for the breakfast buffet. I was quite impressed with the selection, the table staff and the appearance of the restaurant. Buffets can be a real hit and miss meal. All the trays held plentiful amounts of food, the scrambled eggs were perfect and even the top layer was hot. The sausages were plump, juicy with a nice crispness to the skin. The home fries had an unusual cut to them and were tasty with the seasoning used. The croissants were fresh and huge and the fruit plentiful and fresh. The pineapple was especially flavourful. The only item that wasn’t perfect was the bacon as it was cold. All things considered to have only one item not make the grade in a buffet is to be considered a success.
We were a party of 10 on a Sunday evening recently. The staff are gracious and attentive and patient. The atmosphere was so that we could hear each other speak without raising our voices, and the food came quickly after ordering and was delicious. Great place to dine!

It opens at 6:30am but the gathering time of our local tour is 6:45am. We hv paid for the breakfast during booking however it is reluctant to let us get in n just grab some food n go....Most of the tables, food n beverage are set up well already.I understand the rule but still feel disappointed as it is not flexible enough to help the visitor. Besides, when it was 6:30am, the manager handled the queue slowly.... Reductant registration procedure for a paid buffet with token shown as prove.... Just ridiculous.
Went for Sunday brunch... Food is good nothing overly special.... Little too pricey for the quality of food. I value quality of quantity. Service was good.
A large group of us came in for Father's Day and we were disappointed. Some of the food wasn't prepared well. One example was the waffles were very spongy. Another example , The staff weren't ready for us to come in even though it was 11:30 a.m. and we made reservations.What we did like was there was a lot of room for you to eat without nudging person sitting beside you.
