The most horrible customer service experience ever! Do not make the mistake of going to this store.I went here to inquire about a Futon mattress. We were discussing prices and colour options. I was satisfied with what we discussed so I was ready to order. But then their credit card machine wasn't working. I said I only had $50 cash for a down payment. She took the $50 and made me sign a receipt. But she said they needed more than what I had. Then the prices started to change. So I told the lady, " You know what? Give me back my $50, then call me when your machine starts working." She said, "No way. You are never getting your $50 back." What?!!! We're here just discussing my options, I haven't taken any mattress and she won't give me back my $50. I called the police. But the police said this is a civil case and not a criminal matter. I have to sue them to get back my money. Or just suck it up and just buy the mattress.
I have bought many furnishings from this store for the past 16 years. The people there are knowledgeable and honest. I have received many compliments from friends regarding various pieces. There's always something unique to buy and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this store.
