Honestly, I was skeptical when I read the reviews. But after I went inside, everything started to make sense. They was no pressure despite being a family owned store(you know how owners tend to immediately try to swamp your face before you even look to see if you need help). They simply greeted me politely and allowed me to merrily explore. There was a good variety despite the limit size of the store to give clueless customers like myself a good idea of what means what. When I was finally ready to ask for help, the sales was incredibly polite and figured out exactly the type I needed. The owner came in a little later to help out since I also needed a bed frame and between all the proper insight and patience to deal with some of my possibly nonsense questions, I couldn't be more satisfied. Great deal, great workers and owner. Also thanks for the Pen. That was a nice gift! If I ever need another bed, this is definitely a first stop.
If you are looking for a good mattress/bed, unbeatable prices, and fantastic customer service, Mattress Mall is the place you should go to. Mike and his team are professional, friendly, and efficient. I personally, will not go anywhere else for buying mattresses after the pleasant experience I had with them.
I know some people who shop at the mattress mall and always have amazing things to stay about the staff and the atmosphere there. Such a great selection and the prices are defiantly affordable. When I'm in need of another purchase of a bed i will defiantly be going back to the mattress mall. 10/10 Fantastic customer service!!
a 5 star rating does not say enough about michael and his staff at mattress mall!! I recently came in with my girlfriend looking for a new bed and his knowledge, patience and help in finding the perfect mattress for us was great. they have a great selection of products to chose from and at great prices aswell. I will absolutely be coming back here the next time I need something because I know I will not get better service any where else!!!
