Very disappointed make promises and don't keep, too much lies confirmed deliverers and never show up. I pay my money in cash and receive damages item it's been over 2 months and can't replace my item yet. Not recommended to purchase anything from them .
Bought a mattress & sofa from here. Both have been of exceptional quality. The staff and the owner were very pleasant to deal with and quite professional. I personally dealt primarily with Ayub who was very helpful, informative, and accommodating regarding the various product options. They delivered quite swiftly and with great care as well. I have also found their prices to be quite a bargain. Will certainly be coming back for more furniture needs.
I bought a king size mattress along with a bed. My experience with them is unpleasant. At the time I bought the mattress it says 10 years of warranty and only after using it for 2 months I felt I am getting severe backache. The mattress is not at all firm. I called them multiple time and they say they will discuss it with Manager and get to me. It’s been over a month I am chasing them sometimes they say they are arranging an inspection share your convenient time. I took an oof from work to get this inspection done and got no response.They don’t even pick up the calls Loosing all my hope. I just got scammed!!!
I went just for a chair and ended up buying a lot of things. Sifnas' service is very good and the material of the products they sell are excellent, in addition to the people who make the delivery they are very honest and collaborative people, they helped me a lot without it being their duty to do so. I recommend this place 100%.
