Stuart and his staff are the best. His shop offers only top quality products. I purchased a 3 seater outdoor sofa. Everything has zippers, so they can be washed. The density of the custom foam cushions is unmatched by any retailer. Sit up straight or you ll fall asleep!
I will be starting to review and continuing it as the process drags on.We had gone to the backyard show at the International Center and purchased a couch, and a table with 8 chairs. We were sold on the great quality of furniture that they have and the great service they supply. We expressed concerns about the pillows have to be waterproof since the last set we had faded and were always soaked. And we lost the clips on the last couch so the couches would fly away in the wind. Basically it was time for a new set. We were assured that Sunbrella is completely waterproof and is a great product, and ever though the couch did come in separate pieces, they were clipped together so they won't fly away like our old set. So we put ahead our order. We were promised a 3 week delivery since they usually carried this in stock. This was on April 23rd, 2017.Three weeks to the day 8 chairs and the couches were delivered to our home. We were actually very surprised that they delivered on a Sunday. First we were told the table was still on the way so it would be a week or so until it came. We agreed and accepted delivery. As we were putting the couches together I noticed there wasn't a clip to hold them together. I asked the driver and he said that it doesn't come with a clip. We explained that we were told differently and he made a note and said it would be taken care off right away.After a lot of follow up the owner did send us a loaner table. Funny enough we actually liked the loaner table. About 4 weeks later we got a call from the owner saying our table came in. We made a deal and kept the loaner table after all.All in all we are happy with the product, how we had to get here was not the best experience. But I guess the end result is what counts.
Very happy with the table that we bought last week- looked for a while to find a metal table with an umbrella hole and also under $1k.Enjoying it immensely!
Salerep was very nice and helpful, however the prices are very high apples to apples. We're buying elsewhere.
