Showed up for a 6pm appointment with my fiance. No one at the front. A man working in the back came out and asked if we had an appointment. We said yes at 6pm with Sarah. He said she is just finishing another appointment. We said OK no problem. This was at 6pm. By 6:40pm Sarah had not come out, in fact no one had come out at all to check on us or explain why we were waiting 40 minutes. 40 minutes of just sitting and waiting for some one to talk to us about flowers and decor. We had enough at that point so we got up and left. No one seemed to care as we did not receive any e-mail afterwards apologizing.Obviously after 40 minutes i considered this company unreliable and totally unprofessional. And the last thing i want on the wedding day is an unreliable vendor. I have my own business and if i ran it the way Precious Flowers does, i would be closed. Maybe they are good florists, i wouldn't know because no one cared enough to want our business.
