The owners were very nice and the dogs were so friendly and cute. The flowers and bouquets were gorgeous with great quality and reasonable pricing. 100% recommend.

My friend in Toronto sent me the picture of the bouquet that she received and it was better than expected. Highly recommend them!

The cutest place ever! First of all, the bouquet they made was absolutely beautiful—I loved everything about it. Secondly, there were the sweetest dogs that kept me entertained while I waited for the flowers.
The store was unable to deliver my purchased flowers and substituted the arrangement of yellow tulips for red roses at the last minute. I found this service most disappointing.

We ordered online for a delivery, the flowers arrived fresh and even more beautiful than advertised. It may have been the arrangement we got but they seemed to really take pride in the artistry of the arrangement. Will use them again

I preordered the flowers over the phone. Horrible flowers! DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. I have never been to K1 before, so I thought I would give it a try because the reviews on google were pretty good and it was close to my house. Later on, I found out I was wrong. On the phone, I ordered "blushing love bouquet" in premium package that was displayed on their website. Also, I specifically told them that the flowers were for a wedding. After a few days, when I arrived the store to pick up the flowers, I was shocked. The flowers were wilted and the style was very old fashioned. The bouquet was totally different from the picture on their website. She told me that the flowers had JUST arrived the day before and they were still fresh. I was very upset with her respond because I think it was a lie and even if it's not, it was not my fault that the store had ordered decayed flowers. She offered me to take out the bad flowers and change to something else. So I thought I would give it another try. Guys, I was wrong again. To be honest, she had a poor taste in packaging. The flowers were already in pink and she picked a pink paper and a pink ribbon to go with it. Even though it was for a wedding, it did not mean to have pink in everything. Before she started to repackage the flowers, I asked her politely to change the paper and ribbon to another colour. The attitude of the staff was unpleasant as well, she pulled a long face as I told her that I was dissatisfied with the flowers at the beginning. At the end, even though she repackaged the flowers, it was still a disaster to look at. But since she already changed the wilted flowers and package as I requested, I paid the full amount of what she asked ($96). Let's be fair, I could get an amazing bouquet at another flower shop with this price. I was agitated with this experience because the bouquet was for a wedding and they totally ruined it.
