This is my second time ordering sympathy flower arrangements from Hillcrest Florist and once again I was so pleased with the freshness and quality. They were beautiful. This will be my go-to florist hands down.
I ordered flowers on Sunday at noon for my sisters birthday. I was hoping for same day delivery even though I had left it way too late . The flowers were delivered to my sisters front door less than two hours later . And they were absolutely stunning . Will definitely use and highly recommend Hillcrest florist to my friends .
Don’t Get Fooled by the Website’s Photos – Reality is Completely Different! I went to Hillcrest Florist on Sunday, August 10 to pick up a flower order my sister placed online from California for my special occasion – my proposal. She ordered the “Blush Rose Bouquet by Vera Wang” – Premium Package ($189 plus tax). When I picked it up, I sent my sister a photo, and she immediately called me: “This is not the premium bouquet I ordered!” The bouquet had only 14 roses, while the website photo clearly shows a much fuller arrangement (around 40 roses). I drove back to the store with the invoice she sent me. They admitted they gave me the wrong package and added 10 more roses – still nowhere near the premium bouquet pictured online. The most frustrating part is knowing that if I hadn’t sent the photo to my sister, they would have let me leave with the smaller bouquet while charging for the premium price. They delivered the standard which is $114.99 while my sister ordered $189.99! $75 difference!!!! That’s unacceptable. The photos on their website are beautiful, but the reality is nothing like them. The quality, size, and presentation fell far short of what was advertised. You can easily compare the website photo with what I received!!!Misleading, disappointing, and not a place I would ever recommend!
Exactly one week ago, I received a bouquet of flowers from my husband as a gift. He bought the bouquet from this store. To my surprise, after only two days, the flowers started to wilt. I will add a photo from those two days and another photo of the flowers after six days, when the bouquet was completely wilted. I am very disappointed and have asked my husband not to buy flowers from there anymore.
Really disappointed! I have been a long time customer but recently I am really disappointed in the quality and presentation of flowers. I understand that it won’t look exactly like the picture online but the flowers I ordered online don’t look similar and had a broken tulip head inside of the bouquet. Not the same quality and beautiful flower arrangements we used to get here in the past.
I sent my mom flowers from BC. My mom lives in Richmond Hill, so I thought I would try Hillcrest Flowers. They arrived on-time and were beautiful. Good job Hillcrest!!
I was referred to Joe from Hillcrest Florist by my wedding decorators. As soon as I met Joe, he was very warm and welcoming. He was accommodating in changing details last minute and he delivered far beyond my expectations. I used Joe for my bridal shower and wedding, I can certainly say I will use his services for any future events. He was always available to communicate quickly. I was told by my guests that the flower arrangements for the centerpieces lasted much longer than any other flowers they've had. I received so many compliments regarding all of the arrangements for the tables, aisles, garlands. Everything was beautiful and I couldn't have imagined going with a different florist for these special events in my life.
The arrangement was very nice but it didn't have who the arrangement is from on the card. It should be given that should be on there. How would the receiver know! May should you put your name in the message which should be given. Very, very disappointed.
Ordered flowers for a funeral. The arrangement arrived on time for first viewing in afternoon. Flower combination looked like the one in photo and flowers spread out quite nicely. They added green fern to back for an even better effect. I had ordered the deluxe option. The family was very pleased and thanked me for the "very beautiful" arrangement. Thank you very much!
The flowers for our friends funeral were a huge disappointment - looked cheap nothing like the online photo. I ordered a deluxe upgrade but the arrangement was not nice at all. Grocery store is better. One star for prompt delivery.
