First thing first, great service. The lady’s nice and super patient. Packing I saw online is super great and we know the owner has a good taste. I tried to purchase two stems of Lily’s from this place. 15 dollars each which have multiple different flower buds. ( I bought lilys multiple times and this flower shop is quite expensive from my pov) I did think this place has good quality of flowers, so I decided to give a try. She asked me if I want to add any greens, I said yes. After adding it, she said the added greens is extra 10 dollars and on top of it if I want to add the advanced packaging is extra 10 dollars on top. I did the math, so it’s like 50 dollars without tax for two stems of lily’s. I am actually so shocked, so I was like no, I am not paying for that because I had never heard that the added greens is charged extra ten dollars. She said it’s ok, but then she decided to give me a discount down to 35 dollars with a clear wrapping or sth. I got kind of pissed so I told her that’s fine. I don’t want it anymore. I just personally think at least the owner should mentioned it to the customer before purchasing about the extra ten dollars and extra wrapping too. Even the not advanced wrapping is extra five dollars. I just feel like if there is any big events and want nice wrapping flowers as a bouquet for pictures but even that I lowkey feel like it’s a rip off. Maybe the cost of that flower shop is more but I just wish the owner/staff told me before, I would probably not wasting my time there. That’s all. Anyways still great quality of flowers and taste but prices is above the roof.
I had such a wonderful experience with Goleto! Sima was very kind and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The flowers lasted a long time, and the presentation was beautiful. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality flowers and excellent service!

Sadly, last week we needed to send flowers for family passing. I had to reach out to the owner a couple of times and make changes. She was so kind and accommodating, but the most important thing is that our family receiving the bouquet arrangement were extremely happy. I asked her to make it special and a little different and she did not disappoint.
