I ordered two bouquets for pickup, gave specific instructions for each bouquet (one with small dandelion flowers and baby breath; the other with sunflowers accompanied with more greens). I paid $40 before tax for each. When I went to pick up the bouquets it was nothing like what I had asked for. Both bouquets looked the same and did not have the specific flowers I asked for. When I told the owner that he just seemed confused and insisted he did what I asked for (he did not speak English very well). I would never order flowers from here again.
This place has really gone downhill after the old man took it over. When it was ran by the younger girl (daughter?) everything was great. When you ordered a bouquet, it actually looked like the picture, now everything looks like garbage. I got over 10 bouquets from here before, and I won't be returning unless the old man is gone.
Amazing service. Amazing quality. The owners care about the customers and go out of their way to ensure their happiness. Not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from...

This place is an absolute RIP OFF!!! They do not deliver what they say they are going to deliver. They use the old flowers, even broken ones!! When you try to address it with them, they lie!!!! Even if you show them pictures of what they delivered, they make up stories of how it was not their delivery. They have absolutely no integrity at all!!!! Be warned...do not buy from this flower shop.
