She put me at ease and made the entire experience enjoyable. The rest of the team was just as wonderful. The dental assistant, Melody was gentle and thorough, and front desk Linda was kind and patient. The facility itself is top-notch and sparkling clean. I was also impressed by the owner, Dr. Wenyi Yuan, who took the time to introduce himself and ensure I was satisfied with my visit. I can't recommend Yonge Star Dental highly enough! Dr. Chiu is incredible—she’s so friendly, professional, informative, gentle, and very knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain procedures and presents you with options, which really shows she knows what she’s doing. During my visit, she cleaned my teeth and filled some cavities, and she also provided me with preventative measures to help protect my teeth from worsening. It’s always a fun experience to visit the office. I love sitting and looking outside through the beautiful glass walls—it creates such a pleasant atmosphere. The office is very clean, and I always enjoy the great conversations while listening to the music. It almost feels like a nice little break from all the hustling. ? This Dental Clinic is the most Amazing place I have ever been. Linda is an Absolute Gem of a professional, highly organized, deeply empathetic and an overall great person !! Dr. Yuan is a highly professional and empathetic dentist. He has excellent knowledge and was kind & patient throughout my entire visit there. I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Amanda Vincci Chiu for a dental cleaning & check-up, and cavity filling. She made the whole process extremely comfortable and easy, explaining each step of the procedure. With her assistant Mindy, they filled my cavity and I did not feel a thing! I am also starting Invisalign (with a separate orthodontist) and Dr. Chiu took the time to consider this in my dental hygiene plan and also gave her insight. The office is very clean and receptionists are extremely responsive and kind.
