I’ve been seeing Dr. Stern for my sleep apnea, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. He is incredibly knowledgeable and truly an expert in this field. His bedside manner is impeccable — professional, kind, and attentive. Cindi, the Office Manager, is also amazing. From my very first visit, she took the time to explain the entire process in detail and even helped me get my Extended Health Insurance to cover my oral appliance. She communicated so effectively with the insurance representative that I jokingly told her she should train the front-desk staff at my rehabilitation clinics! If you suffer from sleep apnea or snoring, I highly recommend booking a consultation with Dr. Stern. You’ll be in great hands with this team.
I had an amazing experience with the dentists and staff at Dentistry in Oak Ridges. Not only was everything done thoroughly and efficiently, but they made it seamless for me. As someone who was very nervous having a tooth removed, they assured me the procedure would be quick and easy, and it was just that. I didn’t even notice that my tooth was pulled, I was in shock at how little pain I felt. My mom is also now one of their patients. Glad I found such a caring and wonderful facility!
I can not express how disappointed I am with this clinic. I contacted them multiple times via email and phone, asking for a quotation. I waited for a month still not receive my answer. If you value your time or want a clinic that actually cares about patients, please look elsewhere.
Dr. Herzog and the entire team at Dentistry in Oak Ridges are amazing. They are efficient, friendly and informative. The services I receive here are top notch. Everyone from Natalie at the front desk, and Julie my hygienist to Dr. Herzog herself are great. My family and I couldn't be happier with our dental care!
I got my new night guard today and had the best experience with taking the impressions. Sometimes it can be uncomfortable and nerve wracking but dentistry in oak ridges makes the experience quick and painless. They are the best.
Having a tooth extracted is no fun, but Dr. Aptecar has a great "chair side" manner making the experience the best possible. Most recently I had Invisalign to straighten my teeth. My teeth are all nice and straight and Dr. Hertzog was fantastic throughout. I recommend the Dentistry of Oak Ridges as the place to go for excellent dental care.
Dr. Herzog is the BEST dentist I have ever known and I am a big baby when it comes to going to the dentist. She is so caring and puts you at ease from the very beginning!! Her staff are always so pleasant and make you feel like you really are important! If you are looking for a great dentist this is the place to go!!
