I came here for cleaning and the staff (Dr. Nader and Ghazel) were very professional and caring throughout the procedure. I definitely recommend this dentistry to everyone!
I had booked an appointment for a cleaning through Opencare and they replied me asking for my benefits information (I have full dental coverage on my insurance benefits). I sent them my insurance card and without any notice, they cancelled my appointment after seeing I have $550 coverage. After calling in, the receptionist checked and just told me, "the doctor noted you do not have enough coverage for a cleaning". I asked how much is a cleaning and she responded "around $200 usually". She then just re-confirmed that I do not have enough coverage for a cleaning. Thus my appointment which was scheduled a week ago was cancelled without notice. TLDR - Look elsewhere, they're looking to scam your insurance coverage, provide little to no communication, poor service and a waste of time. Extremely disappointing experience.
